The loans will be administered through SBA's section 7(a) program, and therefore made and served by existing banks and lenders enrolled in the SBA 7(a) program, and a few other lenders as determined by the SBA.

• Find a lender through Lender Match. Specifically, you should target lenders that can issue 7(a) loans. Approximately 1,800 private lenders are already approved to issue them. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin stated that the department plans to issue new regulations to make it possible for almost all FDIC-insured banks to make SBA loans.
